CHARACTERSTIC AND PARAMETERS
- The equipment adopts a cylinder type washing cylinder structure. The uniform impact of water flow is used to achieve the purpose of uniform distribution and balance of cloth. In combination with special shock absorption, the vibration of the whole machine disappears on the shock absorption device (referred to as internal shock absorption), which protects the equipment and the surrounding environment and facilitates users.
- The washing machine touch screen computer controller and imported frequency converter are adopted, with high degree of automation, safety, stability and reliability, and realize the automation of the whole process of initial washing, washing, disinfection, over-cleaning, bleaching, dehydration, etc.
- The equipment is equipped with automatic and manual control modes. The manual control can be used to select the washing cycle, cleaning times, dehydration time and water level control at will through the operation button.
- Both the internal and external cylinders of the machine adopt double doors, which separate the user's loading and discharging into two sections, ensuring the requirements of sanitary isolation.
- Each control valve of the equipment is pneumatically controlled, with fast and reliable action, no pollution to the surrounding environment and easy maintenance.
- The washing drum and the inner plate of the outer cylinder of the equipment are made of high-quality stainless steel plate, with smooth surface, high strength, corrosion resistance, beautiful and durable.
- The electrical control box is connected with the whole machine, which is convenient for installation, small in size, less floor space, and convenient for transportation and installation.
- This equipment adopts variable frequency motor and frequency converter for speed regulation, so it is only driven by primary triangular belt, which simplifies the structure and reduces power loss. Its transmission is stable and reliable, with low noise, excessive uniformity during speed change, low mechanical failure, convenient maintenance and more complete functions.
