CHARACTERSTIC AND PARAMETERS
- There are two heating methods: steam heating or gas heating.
- It can dry 100 kilograms of cloth with a washing line loading capacity at once, with a 1:1 drying loading capacity. 100 kilograms of washed linen do not need to be dried in two separate batches.
- LED controller with two temperature control systems significantly improves energy saving/drying efficiency compared to traditional dryers. A single machine can save costs while also reducing labor costs and time.
- The cold air flap structure allows for higher and more concentrated heat to directly dry the linen, with fast cooling time and no decrease in steam coil temperature. It accelerates the start of secondary heating, saves time and reduces heat loss, and has high thermal efficiency.
- High cost insulation cotton and aluminum zinc plate are used for the entire machine. It can better ensure the operation of thermal energy, achieve energy conservation and high efficiency.
- By adopting variable frequency fan technology, the exhaust air volume can be more accurately controlled, and the range can be adjusted according to the steam pressure changes of the user. Under the premise of automatically controlling the exhaust air volume of the fan to save energy, it meets the different drying temperature and speed requirements of customers, not only ensuring drying quality but also improving drying efficiency.
- The overall body is sprayed with plastic. 8. Axial air inlet, uniform heating, preheating air inlet, rapid heating, waste heat utilization, efficient and energy-saving.
